Meet The Exec
As with all Rotaract and Rotary bodies European Rotaract Information Centre (E.R.I.C.) is run by an elected Executive Committee or Board.
The committee is elected by the E.R.I.C. Council which is made up of representatives of all member countries. To find out who this years Reps are click here

The E.R.I.C. President - Lerzan Senturk

Role:
The President is the Chief Executive Officer of E.R.I.C. She presides over both the E.R.I.C. Committee of Representatives and the E.R.I.C. Executive Committee. She represents the E.R.I.C. members with respect to all other organisations within the Rotary/Rotaract world and actively encourages participation. Working towards the inclusion of the remaining countries within Europe which aren't currently represented. It is the responsibility of the President to appoint members of the Executive Committee and work closely with them over the year to attain the goals they have set out. A key part of the role is to provide support and guidance to all Rotaractors in E.R.I.C. working closely with the Exec team and the E.R.I.C. Committee to do this.

The Vice President has an supporting role to the president. Stepping into the role of President when he/she is unavailable. The Vice President is also in charge of co-ordinating work on the E.R.I.C Directory and organising professional workshops at the meetings and conferences.

Role:
It is the responsibility of the Secretary to record and distribute the minutes of exec. and committee meetings, writing articles and assisting the exec. in the correspondence with the Country Representatives and DRRs and cllating up to date contact lists and representative details. The role also extends to reiviewing and writing of the E.R.I.C. bylaws.

E.R.I.C. Treasurer - Linus Dreier

Role:
The Treasurer is responcible for the E.R.I.C. Financial Accounts.
This includes;
- maitaining and monitoring the E.R.I.C. accounts
- the reporting on the account status
- all correspondance with the bank
- administration of membership fees/subscriptions and any other revenue transferred to E.R.I.C.
- monitoring regular direct debits such as the web server payments
- arranging rembursement for purchases made on the behalf of E.R.I.C.

The Assistant Social Officer is responsible for supporting the Social Officer in organising, co-ordinating and supporting the E.R.I.C. Rotaractors in the following activities:

E.R.I.C. Marketing and Communications Officer - Jordan Terziyski

Role:
The Marketing and Communications Officer is responsible for:
- Producing and editing all E.R.I.C. publications including the production of regular Newsletters
- Organising the design and production of E.R.I.C. merchandise e.g. pins, t-shirts etc…
- Logos and branding
They are in contact with the Country Representatives to improve the communication between E.R.I.C., the countries, clubs and members by;
- Sharing marketing and communication tips, strategies and techniques with the E.R.I.C. reps
- Maintaining and producing content for the Marketing and communication area of the website

E.R.I.C. IT Officer - Anton Gradišek

Role:
The IT Officer is responsible for the information technology administration of E.R.I.C. services. These services consist of the E.R.I.C. website and the E.R.I.C. mailing list. This year the IT Officer is also responsible for introducing a fully functioning wiki based project library for the sharing of project information.
